The Marshall Police Department contacted Professor Colleen Smith from Missouri Valley College’s Fine Arts Department to request preliminary sketches for murals for the City of Marshall Animal Shelter.
Professor Smith and her students submitted designs, two of which were chosen for implementation.
Currently, the students are actively engaged in bringing these murals to life, with their completion anticipated soon.
