On April 19, 2024, Police Officers were called to the Casey’s located at the intersection of 13 Highway and Tracy Boulevard following a report of shots being fired. Promptly, officers arrived at the scene and apprehended two individuals. After a thorough investigation, a third person was arrested at a residence in Concordia.

All three suspects are currently detained at the Lafayette County Jail on 24-hour holds awaiting charges from the Lafayette County Prosecutor’s office. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in connection with the incident, and the investigation remains ongoing.
