In the regular session held today, April 24th, the Saline County Commission convened to discuss a variety of topics. Among these discussions was a report delivered by Northern Commissioner Stephanie Gooden.

During the meeting, Commissioner Gooden announced her intention to sign a floodplain permit for pipeline repair work at the intersection of Basil and Elmwood in Saline County. This permit grants temporary modifications within the floodplain to facilitate the necessary repairs. The affected area encompasses approximately 1/10th of a mile at the specified intersection.
