Charles W. Mullins, 76, of Marshall, MO, passed away Friday, May 3, 2024, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Marshall. Born October 15, 1947, in Napton, MO, he was the son of the late Steward W. Mullins and Rhoda O. Pointer Mullins. He lived in Marshall most of his life and was a graduate of Marshall High School. On June 22, 1979, in Miami, OK, he married Marsha Evert and she preceded him in death on October 2, 2014. He started working at Western Auto when he was young, later working at Gambles and Silverthorn’s, retiring from ConAgra after 44 years of service. After retirement, he owned M&M Lawn Service. He was a Christian and enjoyed racing and fishing.

Survivors include his companion, Susie Coleman of the home; four children, Teresa Brown of Marshall, Kenny Mullins (Jennifer) of Slater, MO, Laura Samson (Raymond) of Laurie, MO and Toby Mullins (Kristi) of Marshall; nine grandchildren, Rachel Lopez, Justin Brown, Alex, Chloe and Caroline Mullins, Avery, JoJo and Clay Samson and Krista Broyles; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Violet Yokeley of Forsyth, MO and Donna Schreiman of Waverly, MO; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one brother, Gene A. Mullins.
