The Missouri Department of Transportation will host an open house style meeting Tuesday, June 25th to present planned intersection improvements along U.S. Route 50 near a popular attraction.

The meeting will take place at the Elm Spring Baptist Church at the corner of U.S. 50 and NW 1601st Road from 4:30 p.m.to 6:30 p.m. During the open house, the public will be able to review plans to install J-turns near the main entrance to Powell Gardens. MoDOT will not make a formal presentation during the open house, and the public is able to drop in at any point during the meeting to ask questions and leave comments.

Anyone not able to attend the meeting can leave comments on the project’s website beginning Tuesday afternoon and until just before midnight on July 9th.
