Last night’s St Louis Cardinals game against the Atlanta Braves was postponed because of inclement weather.

The two teams will play a day-night doubleheader Wednesday, with the make-up game set for 12:45 p.m. Kyle Gibson will start for the Cardinals, while the Braves will send Reynaldo López to the mound. The rubber match of the series remains scheduled for 6:15 p.m., with the Braves opting to call up Bryce Elder from their Triple A affiliate for the start, while the Cardinals have yet to name a starter.

St Louis remain 40-37, five-and-a-half games behind Milwaukee in the NL Central.
