sedalia-water-towers

The City of Sedalia’s logo and tagline are being painted on two of the city’s water towers following an effort from donors in the community.

City Administrator Kelvin Shaw said local donors contributed $57,500 to paint the logos on the towers. Three logos are being painted on the West Tower, and two on the Central Tower. This project required no city or tax payer dollars, and was funded entirely from private donations from the community. Shaw says this project is an example of what the Sedalia community can accomplish when they come together.

The towers are visible from Highways 50 and 65. The City of Sedalia thanks all those who spearheaded the fund-raising effort and all who contributed. You can view the full list of donors below.
