Robert Edward “Bob” Hinck, 73, of Concordia, MO, died Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., October 3, 2024, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Emma with Rev. Alan Mueller officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., October 3, 2024, at the church. Born June 7, 1951, in Lexington, he was the son of the late Waldo Robert Hinck and Vella Marie Wolpers Hinck.  Bob lived in Concordia all of his life, was a 1969 graduate of Concordia High School and a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Emma. He had worked at various businesses through the years with most of them being spent at The Lutheran Good Shepherd Home in Concordia.  Some of Bob’s hobbies included watching old time television shows, watching sports, listening to music and playing pitch.

Survivors include five siblings: Valerie Krause (Steve) and Dennis “Denny” Hinck of Concordia, Laura Vogt (Jeff) and Lisa Martin (John) of Blue Springs and David Hinck (Anita) of Kearney; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents and a stillborn sister.
