The Pettis County Sheriff’s Office and the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on Monday, September 23.

During the execution of this warrant, methamphetamine laced with fentanyl, Suboxone, Xanax, and psilocybin mushrooms were located. Numerous items of drug paraphernalia were also seized. Five subjects were arrested and taken into custody.

Authorities arrested Tony Meyer, Samantha Batzel, Chrystal Streb, Mildred Ann Hontz, and Mark Pate.

Pate and Meyer are facing felony charges for trafficking drugs in the second degree and possession of a controlled substance. Both are being held on no bond warrants. Streb and Batzel have been charged with possession of a controlled substance, while Hontz has been charged with a felony for maintaining a public nuisance. Bond for Streb, Batzel, and Hontz has been set at $10,000.

Each subject was arraigned on Tuesday, September 24.
